Hutchinson described her encounter with Giuliani backstage at a Donald Trump speech near the White House, just before the president’s supporters headed to Congress to try to overturn the results of the 2020 election. She said the former New York mayor, now Trump’s attorney, put his hand “under my blazer, then my skirt.”
