A whistleblower has alleged that the Justice Department and the FBI have a document that shows US President Joe Biden bribed a foreign national for policy decisions during the Obama reign. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer and Sen. Chuck Grassley on Wednesday made the claims, issuing a subpoena.

Biden was President Barack Obama’s VP. Comer and Grassley said that the alleged whistleblower claims that the document “includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose.”
“We believe the FBI possesses an unclassified internal document that includes very serious and detailed allegations implicating the current President of the United States,” Grassley said in a statement. He added that they are not aware if the FBI is verifying the document or wants to investigate further.
“The FBI’s recent history of botching politically charged investigations demands close congressional oversight.”
Grassley and Comer’s letter to FBI director Christopher Wray and attorney general Merrick Garland was obtained by National Review.
“It has been alleged that the document includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose. Based on the alleged specificity within the document, it would appear that the DOJ and the FBI have enough information to determine the truth and accuracy of the information contained within it,” the two said.
Can Biden be impeached and/or arrested if he faces criminal charges ?
A presiding US President can be impeached if he/she is involved in “high crimes and misdemeanors”. In this way, the Congress removes him.
The US Constitution, however, does not directly address whether a sitting president can be prosecuted. Federal laws and courts have nothing on the issue.
“I just learned that then-VP Biden allegedly engaged in a bribery scheme with a foreign national. This is based on highly credible whistleblower disclosures. My friend @RepJamesComer has already issued a subpoena to investigate more. The walls are closing in on Biden,” Rep Andy Biggs tweeted.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene also posted a video, slamming Biden.
