In her lifetime, Leslie Stahl married twice. In 1964, she got married for the first time to biologist and doctor, Jeffrey Gordon. But the couple got divorced in 1967. Gordon passed away in 2020.

Stahl married Aaron Latham in 1977, a decade after her first marriage. Latham was an American journalist who is best known for penning the piece that served as the basis for the film “Urban Cowboy.” Sadly, Latham passed away in July 2022 from complications related to Parkinson’s illness.

Taylor Stahl Latham, a daughter with Aaron Latham, is Lesley’s only child.
