Megyn Kelly, an American journalist has slammed Target, a retail corporation, for stocking transgender swimsuits.

She hit the retailer on Twitter and wrote, “No woman needs to tuck anything. We have vaginas & we are the only ones who do. Oh and we don’t need our kids seeing this sh&% when we walk down the aisle at Target.”

Recently, Megyn was in the news after criticizing Sports Illustrated for featuring transgender pop star Kim Petras on the cover magazine’s annual Swimsuit edition. She said featuring Petras will not interest young boys.

Kelly during an episode of the SiriusXM podcast “The Megyn Kelly Show” said, “My understanding of the cover of the Sports Illustrated magazine is it has one main purpose and that’s for 15-year-old boys to spend some alone time with it in the bathroom.”

She called out the magazine for giving the coverage to Petras who transitioned when she was in her teen years. Kelly added this act depicts, “a man coming in and taking over a spot that previously would have been given to a woman once again.”

However, after the podcast, Kelly was strongly criticized for her statements. As her comments sparked debate about inclusion and representation. While some criticised her stance, others supported it.

Kelly hitting out publically Target for stocking transgender swimsuits somehow connects the story with her podcast where she called out at Sports Illustrated for featuring Petras.
