At least two men were killed in a shooting that took place at the pool of a Newhall apartment complex in Santa Clarita, California, on Saturday.
Authorities with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department arrived at the scene around 11 am on Saturday after receiving reports of a shooting at the Village Apartment Homes. The apartment complex is located at 23700 Valle del Oro, just north of Newhall Avenue. The responding officers found two people with gunshot wounds. While one person was lying motionless on the floor of a community pool, the other was lying on a pool chair. Both of them were dead at the scene.
