A house fire broke out on Moran Street in a North Attleboro, Massachusetts, neighborhood on Monday morning, filling the area with heavy smoke.
Fire crews responded to the blaze at around 10:30 a.m. The fire escalated to a 3-alarm blaze pretty quickly.
The front porch of the home was engulfed in flames, according to the neighbors, NBC affiliate WJAR reported. The blaze spread to other parts of the house. The cause of the fire is not known and is currently being investigated.
Nearby homes were also reportedly damaged, although the extent was not known. Heavy smoke was seen billowing from the building. As a result, the area was covered in considerable haze.
Photos of the scene were shared on social media. Crews had the fire under control by about 1 p.m., according to the North Attleboro fire chief. There were no reports of any injuries.
