Former
White House physician and US House of Representatives member Ronny Jackson made
‘sexual and denigrating’ remarks about a female member of staff and drank
alcohol while being on duty, CNN reported. Since 2018, Jackson is being investigated by the Department of Defence of Inspector General. Previous
allegations against Jackson included one inducing a ‘hostile work environment’
and of ‘drunkenness’.
The
investigation by the office of the Inspector General included 78 witnesses and a review
of documents within the White House, leading to an official confirmation of Jackson
having failed to treat his subordinates with dignity and respect, as per a
report obtained by CNN.

Jackson,
as per the report, behaved inappropriately, and consumed alcohol as well as sleeping
medication during duty.
Having
achieved a position of Rear Admiral in the US Navy, the former physician, during
a presidential visit abroad, referred to one of his female colleagues as having
a “great t**s” and “a nice a**”, according to CNN, who cited witnesses.
Jackson’s
leadership style, as per the same report, was defined by witnesses with words
such as “tyrant”, “dictator”, “control freak”, “crappy manager” etc.

The
accused, on the other hand, has denied the allegations.
“Democrats are using this report to repeat and
rehash untrue attacks on my integrity”, the former physician was quoted by CNN as
saying regarding the report.
