Ahead of Philadelphia 76ers playoff decider game against Atlanta Hawks, NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal has lashed out a 76ers point guard Ben Simmons for his poor run of form and asked him to “Man Up.”

Although Simmons is one of the best players in the league, his confidence has been completely destroyed during NBA playoffs and he cannot tuck the ball into the bucket, even for his life.

Fed up with his play, O’Neal has issued a challenge to Simmons. As a fellow Louisiana State University alum, Shaq wants Simmons to do better.

“You went to LSU. Man up,” Shaq said simply, on a pre-match show.

Criticisms against Simmons have been commonplace as of late, especially in light of these struggles that have held the Sixers back.

While 76ers should be one of the best teams in the league and Simmons one of the best big men in the league, the second round has been a way bigger struggle than anticipated, which has made fans very frustrated.

This has forced Joel Embiid to carry the load for the Sixers and it is starting to become a huge problem, especially in the second round.

Now, it waits to be seen how Simmons responds to the criticism from Big Shaq — on the court or off it.
