The police have not been able to catch the suspect or know the motive behind the attack. Authorities believe that the shooter targeted several people who were standing near the block after the funeral was over. The person whose funeral was being conducted was killed in March. Contee called the shooting brazen.

“It’s unfortunate that someone would be so brazen to do such an act, let alone at a funeral. How low can you be of a human being to target other people at a funeral?” he said.

This is a developing story.
