“The remains were in a container near a shopping cart in the 2400 block of Fairhaven Avenue in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County,” police said in a statement.

Robinson is believed to have met the victims on online dating sites. He would then arrange meetings with them at motels before murdering them and transporting their bodies in shopping carts. the victims were killed with blunt force trauma, police said on Friday.

“He meets his victims then at motels. After he inflicts trauma to his victims and kills them, he transports their bodies to their final resting place literally in a shopping cart,” Davis said.
