As the Warner Brothers Tour Hollywood, which is often considered as a one-stop solution for all your fandom of the DC Universe, Harry Potter and even the classic American sitcom Friends. After opening its door for the crowds, which was temporarily halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the theme park will be getting revamped with additions from fan favourite Warner Bros. projects.

The Warner Bros. Tour, which is located in southern regions of California, welcomed fans in late June, however, only permitting those who are above the age of five, according to reports from the Associated Press.

The Burbank-based project of Warner Bros. took nearly five years to complete with a temporary break due to the pandemic. The new division of the project required building an entire separate block and will follow all COVID-19 related protocols put in place by state and federal authorities, Associated Press reported, quoting the expansion team of Warner Bros.

Harry Potter 

The Harry Potter-themed installation will feature detailed aspects of the 8-movie series and will encompass recreation of locations from the original sets. The ‘under the staircase’ room of young Harry Potter will be available in the studio for fans, who will also be able to face the judgment of the sorting hat, which allocates students to the four houses of Hogwarts.

Bonnie Wright, who played Harry Potter’s love interest Ginny Weasly, said, “You get to experience the action, the magic and fun, and the props and costumes and the re-created sets”, according to reports from Associated Press.

Friends

The classic American sitcom ‘Friends’ will also get its own expanded area in Studio 48, where the famous cafe Central Perk will be located. The area is set to feature prominent locations from the sets such as the apartment of Chandler and Joey and Monica and Rachel’s apartment, which was across the hall. 

DC Universe

The DC Universe expansion is one of the highly awaited initiatives by fans of the movies and comics as it promises to give a real-life experience. The expansion will feature the famous Batcave, where visitors will be able to spot the superhero’s vehicles and other equipment. In addition to this, DC’s Suicide Squad merchandise will also be available and will feature the costumes worn by Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and Joker (Jared Leto) in the first edition.
