The thrills, chills, scare jumps and all the gore is back, as the trailer of a sequel to the 2016 thriller “Don’t Breathe” was released on Wednesday and the film will hit the theatres on August 13.

In “Don’t Breathe 2,” actor Stephen Lang looks terrifying as ever as the Blind Man, now, living in an isolated cabin with a young girl, who lost her parents in a devastating house fire.

A group of criminals kidnap the girl, the Blind Man must leave his safe haven to rescue her.

Directed by Fede Alvarez, in the first film, a group of delinquents broke into the house of the Blind Man, however, the sightless war veteran was not as helpless as he first seemed.  He turned out to be an extremely skilful murder, moreover, with equally disturbing secrets.

Given its twisted prequel, the second instalment won’t be as simple as it seems in the trailer.
