Singer John Legend performed the inauguration ceremony of US President event on January 20 on the grand piano situated near the Lincoln Memorial, where he sang a rendition of “Feeling Good”, a song that was brought into the limelight by Nina Simone in the mid 60s.
Many artists including Demi Lovato, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Bruce Springsteen have performed at the event as of now. While Lady Gaga sang the national anthem, Jennifer Lopez made people groove to “This Land is Your Land.”

The star-studded celebratory event which started after Joe Biden and Kamala Harris sworn in as President and Vice-President, respectively, is being hosted by Tom Hanks and is 90 minutes long.
