Every%20vice%20president%20since%201977%20has%20lived%20at%20this%20residence.%20Recently%20sworn%20in%20Vice%20President%20Kamala%20Harris%20and%20her%20family%20will%20become%20the%20eighth%20permanent%20residents%20of%20Number%20One%20Observatory%20Circle.

According%20to%20media%20reports%2C%20the%20residence%3Cstrong%3E%20is%20%3C/strong%3Ehidden%20from%20public%20view%20by%20shrubbery.%20It%20is%20located%20at%20a%20distance%20of%20about%202.5%20miles%20from%20the%20White%20House%20and%20is%20not%20open%20to%20tours.
