Abi Clarke appeared in the reality television series called ‘Towie’ and is currently working as a real estate agent in London.

The 30-year-old has over 68,000 followers on Instagram.

Earlier this month, she shared a no edit picture of herself with a caption on self-love. She wrote that she first featured on TV at a young age and has faced online abuse.

“Picture one, is no filter yes make up but no editing. Picture two, is me with no edit,just good lighting and no make up. I feel like on the internet we are bombarded with images of perfect women. I see them and it massively plays on my self esteem. I’m not good enough, I don’t look good,” she wrote.

Clarke added that she is on a healing journey. 

“I’m doing my best to learn to love my real self, bit by bit, day by day. I hope this helps someone out there who feels the way I feel. Im 30 and I haven’t got it all figured out. Sometimes you have to cheer yourself on! We are all humans we all want to be loved and desired. I think I’ve come such a long way but I still have further to go. I believe life is a journey and not a destination.”

Clarke went on to give 10 self-love tips to her followers. 

1. Drink lots of water

2. Read a book

3. Meet a friend for a coffee

4. Be at one with nature, go for a walk

5. Face mask on

6. Have a relaxing bubble bath

7. Journal your feelings

8. Write a gratitude list

9. Eat Well

10. Don’t forget to set boundaries and if you need time and head space to yourself, that is ok

“My self love journey I’ve just started and I have a long way to go but to everyone out there please try not to be too hard on yourself. No one is you and that is your Super Power,” she concluded.
