Just as the girl and her mother opened the door of their house, they found Blue in a vehicle. Police said that Blue exited the vehicle, crossed over the street to the door, and said to the mother-daughter duo: “Hey, y’all wanna fight my daughter? Try to run from this.”

He then pulled out a gun and fired at them, hitting the girl in the arm. When police arrived at North Belnord Avenue, having been tipped about a shooting, they were told by community members that a 15-year-old girl had been shot.
