Devonta Gilmore is a 31-year-old man from Florida. He is a teacher of physical education at Union Academy Magnet School. At around 3 am on Sunday morning, he tried to enter a gated community in Davenport, Florida when he was told by the security officers at the gate that he was not on the visitor’s list and as a result he could not visit.
