After reportedly yelling and cursing at a snowplow truck driver, who recorded the altercation and later reported him to police, Jeffrey Greeson was detained on Friday.
When Paul Manson trundled by on his snow plow to clear the streets for traffic and make them safer to use, Greeson became agitated. Greeson’s road was blocked by snow from Manson’s plow, which led to an unpleasant reaction from him.

Push it over there, out of the road, over there!’ he said referring to a pile of snow the driver had been dealing with.
