Who is Keshondra Howard Turner?

Keshondra Howard Turner, a 53-year-old woman from Houston, Texas, made headlines in March 2023 after she shot and killed an armed robber who attempted to rob her family-owned food truck. 

Turner, who is licensed to carry a handgun, drew her own firearm and shot the robber several times, causing him to collapse and die about 50 feet from the truck.
