Republican Georgia rep Marjorie Taylor Greene has finalized her divorce from Perry Greene, her husband through a secret settlement outside of court.

The couple filed for divorce in September after her now ex-husband, 51, filed for a formal separation. According to Daily Mail, the divorce was finalized on December 22, after Perry and Marjorie took three months to come to a decision about how to divide their multi-million-dollar marital assets, which includes homes in Alpharetta and Rome, Georgia, and her father’s lucrative construction company.
