Taylor Schabusiness might have been upset when Judge Thomas J. Walsh suggested moving her murder trial’s original March 6 start date to May 15, 2023, according to the New York Post. First-degree homicide, mutilating a corpse, and assault are the allegations levied against the suspect.
She was charged with strangling Thyrion at his Green Bay home, then torturing and dismembering the body, according to Wisconsin authorities. Around the crime scene, his severed body parts, including his head, were discovered.
The Wisconsin court ordered a competence trial to evaluate if Schabusiness had the mental capacity to deal with the allegations because of the incident’s grisly and upsetting nature.
According to Yahoo, Taylor Schabusiness allegedly inquired approximately 10 minutes after the incident on Tuesday, suggesting that she might not have remembered the assault. She apparently showed no remorse when authorities stated that she had assaulted her lawyer by hitting him in the head.
