Born 1998, Taylor Schabusinesses is accused of murdering and decapitating her boyfriend, Shad Thyrion, while under the influence of methamphetemine.

A video of Schabusinesses attacking her own lawyer has surfaced on the internet.

The horrifying footage showed a handcuffed Taylor Schabusiness arguing with her attorney, Quinn Jolly, before police rushed to try to restrain her.

She can be seen struggling against the officer’s hold before wrapping her legs around him in what appears to be an attempt to resist him.

Taylor Schabusiness might have been upset when Judge Thomas J. Walsh suggested moving her murder trial’s original March 6 start date to May 15, 2023, according to the New York Post. First-degree homicide, mutilating a corpse, and assault are the allegations levied against the suspect.

She was charged with strangling Thyrion at his Green Bay home, then torturing and dismembering the body, according to Wisconsin authorities. Around the crime scene, his severed body parts, including his head, were discovered.

The Wisconsin court ordered a competence trial to evaluate if Schabusiness had the mental capacity to deal with the allegations because of the incident’s grisly and upsetting nature.

According to Yahoo, Taylor Schabusiness allegedly inquired approximately 10 minutes after the incident on Tuesday, suggesting that she might not have remembered the assault. She apparently showed no remorse when authorities stated that she had assaulted her lawyer by hitting him in the head.
