Trevor Noah is a South African comedian, TV show host, and actor, best known for Comedy Central show ‘The Daily Show’- a satirical news program. Noah announced on Thursday that he will leave his flagship show soon.

He has been hosting The Daily Show for the last since taking over the hot seat from Jon Stewart in 2015. The 37-year-old announced his departure while celebrating his seventh year as the host of the show.

I realized after the seven years, my time is up, but in the most beautiful way,” he told the audience in a special address. “I realised there was another part of my life that I want to carry on exploring. I missed learning other languages, traveling to other countries, and putting up shows,” he added.
