Other projects of the 26-year-old actor include ‘Making of a Male Model’, a movie starring actor Josh Collins and the 1984 flick ‘The Bear’, in which he acted alongside Gary Busey.

How did Jon Erik Hexum die?
Similar to the prop gun case of Halyna Hutchins, Jon Erik Hexum died after shooting himself in the head with a gun that was loaded with a blank cartridge. However, Hutchins was shot by another person.
According to a report from Newsweek citing ‘Fade To Black: A Book Of Movie Obituaries’, Hexum tried to lighten the mood on the sets of the show and start playing with the prop gun while the filming was delayed.
The 26-year-old attempted to simulate the game Russsian Roulette and kept on a blank shot in the prop .44 Magnum handgun and aimed it at his own head before pulling the trigger.
While the projectile did not penetrate the head of the actor, the impact of the blank shot was severe. Hexum’s skull reportedly was fractured and caused hemorrhage, which led to his demise nearly a week later.
