A deranged stalker killed podcast host Zohreh Sadeghi and her husband Mohammed Naseri in a murder-suicide at their £1 million house.

‘Techie’ Zohreh Sadeghi was shot and killed Sunday night in her Redmond, Washington, home by trucker Ramin Khodakaramrezaei.

Ramin Khodakaramrezaei, 38, was a trucker who lived in Texas.  He traveled roughly 2,000 miles to Redmont, Oregon from his house to carry out his twisted plan. After murdering the couple, he also killed himself.

According to court documents, the Texas trucker stalker killed the Seattle podcaster and her husband last night in their home after breaking through a window at two in the morning.

Who was Zohreh Sadeghi?

Zohreh Sadeghi was a podcast host based in Washington. She passed away when she was 33 years old. Sadeghi apparently aired a podcast geared at assisting Farsi-speaking persons in finding jobs in the tech field. It was through the same program that attacker Ramin Khodakaramrezaei first contacted Sadeghi.

The podcast presenter lived in the Seattle suburb of Redmond, and authorities discovered her death after responding to a complaint of shots fired inside a residence on the 16700 block of Northeast 89th Street.

It’s been said that Khodakaramrezaei began emailing and messaging Sadeghi and that they first discussed the show before becoming friends. However, Zohreh Sadeghi soon became the target of Khodakaramrezaei’s stalking, which prompted her to request a restraining order.

The petition read: “He has bursts of anger and is completely delusional. These delusions make me fear for my life and the lives of my loved ones.”

She added: “He contacted my husband and continues to do so. He has come to my neighborhood several times, staying at inns around my neighborhood, and he has parked down my street in hopes of seeing me. I am suffering a deep-seated fear for my safety.”

According to reports, Sadeghi’s mother had a struggle with the murderer before running to a neighbor to call 911.

Mohammed Naseri, Sadeghi’s 35-year-old spouse, was a lead software developer for Amazon. Khodakaramrezaei was divorced, had a child, and had never been arrested before.
