Authorities have identified all four victims who were shot and killed at a Sweet 16 party in Alabama Saturday, but no arrests have been made. The Tallapoosa County Coroner Mike Knox identified the victims as Corbin Dahmontrey Holston, Philstavious Dowdell, Marsiah Emmanuel Collins and Shaunkivia Nicole Smith.
At least 28 people were injured in the Saturday night shooting, which started around 10:30 pm local time at a dance studio in downtown Dadeville, reported Associated Press. In addition to the young victims fatally killed, 15 teenagers were shot and hospitalized Saturday night in Dadeville.
Philstavious “Phil” Dowdell was attending his sister’s 16th birthday party when he was fatally shot and killed. He was a standout player on the Dadeville High School’s football team. He received a scholarship to play at Jacksonville State University in Alabama this fall.
Who were Corbin Dahmontrey Holston and Marsiah Emmanuel Collins?
Marsiah Emmanuel Collins was a former defensive end at Opelika High School. According to AL.com, he aspired to become a musician. He was 19 years old. He was planning to start going to college in the fall.
“He was a great big brother to his sisters,” Collins’ father, Martin Collins said.

“He was a funny, charismatic kid who loved to light up a room. He had a lot of my mom’s personality. He could do that just being in a house,” he added.
Collins was best friends with Phil Dowdell.
Corbin Dahmontrey Holston’s mother Janett Heard said that her son went to the party to check on a family member and was killed when he “unfortunately encountered the suspects,” she said. He was 23 years old.

“Corbin was selfless when it came to his family and friends and always tried to be a protector. That’s just the type of person he was,” Heard said.
