Rahul Gandhi, who resigned from the post of Congress president after 2019 defeat in Lok Sabha, has alleged that the country is being run by only four people and used 'Hum Do Humare Do' jibe.

During the Budget Session of the Parliament in February, Gandhi used popular family planning slogan 'Hum Do, Hamare Do' and said, "Now four people are running the country...and everyone knows who they are." He was attacking the government over new farm laws, which Congress say are against the farming community. The farmers from Punjab and Haryana are protesting against the laws since December on Delhi-Haryana and Delhi-Uttar Pradesh borders.

The former Congress chief has also questioned the government's vaccine delivery programme. He posted a video on his Twitter handle questioning the availability of vaccines last month.
