Constipation is a general digestive problem. For some it is a regular occurrence while others have to deal with it once in a while. But feeling bloated is not a great experience at all.
Why do you feel constipated?
When we eat food it passes through several organs before the nutrients are consumed by the cells and waste material is passed out of the body. Constipation happens when food arrives in the large intestine where water and glucose are absorbed and stool is separated to be removed. It becomes more difficult to pass stool when the body absorbs all the water and makes stool hard and dry.
