He has two T20 International centuries to his name, which is an elite club. Incidentally, both of these centuries came against. He smashed a 48-ball hundred against India in his second T20 International in a close encounter that the West Indies’ won by one run. This the second-fastest century by a West Indian, only behind Chris Gayle.
He idolises Chris Gayle and hopes to mirror the playing style of the big man. Interestingly, he made his debut for the national team as Gayle’s replacement because the opener had been suffering from an injury. It’s fair to say that Evin took the opportunity with both hands.
