Eleanor Joan Mondale Poling was the daughter of former vice president of the United States, Walter F. Mondale. She was an American radio personality, television host and actress.
Eleanor was the only daughter of late Joan Mondale and late Walter F. Mondale, the former vice prescient of the United States. She was married three times and had no child.
Eleanor started her acting career in the year 1981 and worked in the tv series called 240-Robert. She also had some small roles in tv series like Three‘s Company, Dynasty and Matt Houston.
She began her journalism career in the year in 1985 by taking up a job at KABC-TV. She moved to Chicago ad got her first radio break as a helicopter reporter at WMAQ.
In the year 2005, Eleanor was diagnosed with brain cancer and on September 17, 2011, she died at an age of 51 due to cancer.
