New Zealand

Netherlands

Sri Lanka

Answer: Netherlands

On June 17, England set a new world record for the highest total in one-day international cricket by scoring 498-4 and surpassing the previous world record they set in 2007.

England defeated the Netherlands by 232 runs.

Jos Buttler contributed extensively to the record, with his impressive score of 162 not out in only 70 deliveries.

The team made their previous world record in June 2018 by scoring 481-6 in a match against Australia. The game was held at the Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, Nottinghamshire.

In the recent match, even though Dawid Malan and Phil Salt hit centuries for England (125 and 122 respectively), Buttler remained the most iconic player of the game. He reached 100 runs in only 47 balls, with 14 sixes and seven fours.

Buttler was joined by Liam Livingstone, who made 22-ball 66 not out during the final 5.2 overs.

On the other hand, the Netherlands was only able to savor a few good moments.

Shane Snater bowled Jason Roy, his cousin, to leave England 1-1. Pieter Seelaar also took two wickets in successive deliveries.
