Khafre

Answer: Djoser

The first pharaoh of the Third Dynasty of the Old Kingdom and its creator was an Egyptian named Djoser. His Hellenized names Tosorthros (from Manetho) and Sesorthos are also used to refer to him (from Eusebius). He was the son of King Khasekhemwy and Queen Nimaathap, though it is uncertain if he also served as their immediate heir.

Most Ramesside king lists place a king by the name of Nebka before him, but some Egyptologists doubt the established throne order because it is impossible to correlate that name with modern Horus names. The step pyramid built by Djoser is the earliest monumental stone structure from ancient Egypt.

The oldest known life-sized Egyptian statue is the painted limestone figure of Djoser, which is currently on display at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The original of it is been replaced with a plaster replica at the Saqqara site where it was discovered. The statue was found during the 1924–1925 Antiquities Service Excavations.
