Scottish billionaire Dame Ann Gloag, her husband, and two other members of her family have been charged with human trafficking offenses. The 80-year-old businesswoman and philanthropist was charged after a police interview on Tuesday, The Daily Mail reported.

Gloag is one of Scotland’s richest people. She was accompanied by her husband David McCleary when she was called to the Livingstone police station in West Lothian.

Her stepdaughter and daughter-in-law Sarah Gloag and her son-in-law- Paul McNeil were also questioned by detectives investigating allegations of human trafficking and all four were charged. However, no arrests were made.

In 1990, Gloag tied the knot to David McCleary, a widower, and a successful businessman, who was previously an organist and minister at the local Church of the Nazarene.

Her ex-husband Robin died in a car accident on December 6, 2007. Their son Jonathan died by suicide in Deuchny Wood in 1999 at 28 years of age.

Gloag has six children, 13 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
