The Australian Museum states that huntsman spiders have long legs and are usually grey to brown in colour. Huntsman spiders have “flattened bodies” which allow them to go into narrow spaces. These spiders can enter cars and can be found hiding behind sun visors or dashboards. If injured by the spider, a cold pack may relieve local pain.
