Former President Donald Trump’s daughter and senior advisor, Ivanka, believed in then US Attorney General Bill Barr‘s claim that ‘voter fraud is bullshit’, the House Select committee revealed at their Primetime hearing on Thursday.

In the clip shown during the hearing, Ivanka talks about Barr’s statement that the US Justice Department did not find enough evidence to overturn the election.

Question: “How did that affect your perception about the election when Attorney General Barr made that statement?”

Ivanka: “It affected my perspective. I respect Attorney General Barr so I accepted what he was saying.”

Her testimony contrasts with that of her father, who continues to falsely assert that the 2020 election was rigged and attempted to overturn Joe Biden’s election victory by claiming massive election fraud.

However, despite claiming to accept Barr’s findings, Ivanka accompanied her father to the White House Ellipse event on January 6, which took place before the attack on the US Capitol.
