The class 10 results for the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) were declared for regular students and for the visual, speech, and hearing impaired category students on Wednesday. Those who have appeared for the exams can check the results on the board’s official website mpresults.nic.in, or mpbse.mponline.gov.in or mpbse.nic.in. The results can also be checked via a mobile app.

Here’s how to check the results.

Go to the homepage of the website, and click on %u2018HSC class 10 results 2021%u2019. A new page will open where a candidate has to enter his details. After submitting the details, the results will appear on the screen. Students are advised to download their results and take a printout of the same for future reference.

While making the announcements about the results, Madhya Pradesh Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar informed students that around 3.5 lakh candidates have achieved first division in MPBSE class 10. Around 3 lakh students have achieved second division and around 1.59 lakh students have got third division.

The Madhya Pradesh board did not conduct HSC or class 10 examinations in view of the COVID-19 pandemic situation and the marks were calculated on the basis of internal grades.

Previously, the education body had announced a change in the exam pattern. The examinations were scheduled to be conducted on April 30 but were postponed to June and the practical examinations were cancelled when the state imposed a pandemic lockdown.

According to the evaluation criteria, results were prepared on the basis of scores achieved by students on internal assessments, half-yearly examinations, unit tests, and pre-board examinations.
