Basketball player Trae Young missed the Atlanta Hawks%u2019 Game 4 of their Eastern Conference finals against the Milwaukee Bucks due to an ankle injury. According to media reports, an MRI revealed Trae Young sustained a bone bruise in his right ankle.

Young tried making himself available for the game but a lack of mobility and a significant degree of pain made it impossible.

As per media reports, Young suffered the injury late in the third quarter of Sunday night%u2019s Game.

Even after an injury, Young returned in the fourth quarter and was affected by injury. Talking about his injury after the game, he said that the injury limited his “blow-by speed” and that it was a big part of his game.

Currently, the Bucks lead the series 2-1. Atlanta Hawks, without Young, have a huge task of rallying in the series. In place of Young, Lou Williams started at point guard position.

In the postseason, Young has averaged 29.8 points and 9.5 assists. During Atlanata’s Game 1 win over the Bucks, Young scored 48 points and in Game 3, he scored 35 points.

Nate McMillan, Hawks coach, before the start of the game said that they’ve played through injuries all season, including ‘a game or two’ without Young.

“We%u2019ve been in this situation where we%u2019ve had guys out…Guys have stepped up all year long. We%u2019ve had a lot of injuries this season. Our guys should be ready to go if called upon,” Associated Press quoted McMillan as saying.

Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer said that he was expecting Young to play.

“You prepare as if he is going to play. I would expect the ball to be in Lou Williams%u2019 hands more,” AP quoted Budenholzer as saying.
