Prince Charles reportedly wants his disgraced brother Andrew to stay out of sight and away from Windsor Castle during the time his sex assault trial takes place in a US federal court, as per The Sun.

The 61-year-old Andrew, who’s facing a civil case, has not been spotted near Windsor Castle since the queen stripped him of his honours and titles. The move came amid the allegations brought against Andrew by Virginia Giuffre, who’s established that she was part of the sex ring run by the now-deceased Jeffrey Epstein.

The Sun reported their source saying, “He has been warned to keep his head down. Charles does not want Andrew to be photographed every other day looking happy and waving as he is driven to the castle”.

Further, the outlet reported the source saying that Prince Charles handles more affairs since the demise of his father Prince Philip. The royal family member is reportedly angry that his younger brother had said Giuffre’s allegations weren’t a cause of concern when they first surfaced three years back.

Giuffre has alleged that Epstein and his now-convicted partner Ghislaine Maxwell told her to have sex with Andrew, and the latter had had sexual encounters with her despite knowing she was underage at the time.

The Sun reported their source saying, “Eventually Andrew will be made to leave Windsor and could get several million pounds from the royal family. But he has made it clear that he will hang on for dear life”. The source continued, saying that Andrew, the Duke of York, and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson could be forced out of their Royal Lodge home when Charles becomes king.

Notably, Andrew has denied all allegations against him and does not face any criminal charges. Due to him being stripped of his royal titles and honours, Andrew is fighting the current case against him as a private individual.
