British journalist Piers Morgan was left fuming after he realized Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had used him in the trailer for the former royal couple’s new documentary. The former Good Morning Britain host described the controversial couple’s two-part Netflix documentary as “ghastly.”
Morgan shared the trailer of the documentary with his 8.2 million Twitter followers with the caption, “BREAKING: Princess Pinocchio & Prince Hypocrite use my voice to flog their ghastly new series. I’m traumatized by this exploitation.”

In a follow-up tweet, he took another dig at the couple, saying, “They already tell yet another lie in the first trailer with the Harry Potter paparazzi shot. These two wouldn’t know the truth if it slapped them round their latte-encrusted tiaras.”
He also retweeted a review of the new trailer from ITV News Royal Editor Chris Ship. Ship wrote: “If anyone was in any doubt that Harry and Meghan plan to blame his family and the press for their exit from the UK and the Royal Family, not anymore. Prince Harry in the second @netflix trailer: ‘There is leaking, but there is also the planting of stories.’”

“Harry talked about the ‘pain and suffering of women marrying into this institution’,” Ship continued. “In this clip from the @netflix docu-series, the Duke of Sussex refers to it ‘as a dirty game’.”
“Prince Harry says menacingly: ‘No one knows the full truth. We know the full truth.’ (Although you do have to qualify that claim with ‘according to their side of the story’),” Chris added.“Deep breaths everyone, the first 3 programmes will hit us on Thursday…”
The documentary is set for release later this month.
