Singer Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar are set to tie the knot on July 16 in an intimate ceremony with only their close family and friends present. The couple admitted that they were in love with each other during the singer%u2019s stay in %u2018Bigg Boss%u2019 house.
Rahul shared with ETimes that the %u201Cmarriage will be held according to the Vedic rituals and we will also have Gurbani Shabad sung at the ceremony.%u201D
Disha added, %u201CMy idea of an ideal wedding ceremony is an intimate affair. Marriage is a union of two people and their respective families with their dear ones in attendance. I have always wished for a simple ceremony and I am glad that%u2019s exactly what we are going ahead with.%u201D

Rahul and Disha, who met each other on a social media platform, became friends in mid-2018. Rahul first realised he loves Disha during his stay in the %u2018Bigg Boss%u2019 house and the couple shot for their first single the same year.
On her birthday, he proposed to Disha and she accepted it on national television. Since then, the singer and the actor have been talking about getting married. However, their plans kept getting postponed due to the COVID-19-induced lockdown.
On the work front, Rahul has shot for %u2018Khatron Ke Khiladi%u2019 season 11, which wrapped up recently. He also released a song titled %u201CMadhaniyaan,%u201D which featured him alongside Disha.

Disha became a household name with the TV show %u2018Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara%u2019. She was later seen in %u2018Woh Apna Sa%u2019. The two are often seen sharing cute photos and videos on social media and engaging in live conversations with fans.
