Hours before the song’s release, Gomez took to Instagram to share her look from the music video. “All this time and we still got that selfish love,” she captioned her post.

‘Selfish Love’, which is Gomez’s third Spanish track this year so far, will appear on her forthcoming Spanish album ‘Revelación’.

The album will also have six other songs, along with the two– ‘De Una Vez’ and ‘Baila Conmigo’– that came out this year. Gomez herself shared this news on social media.

According to NME, Gomez has revealed that ‘Revelación’ had been almost entirely recorded over Zoom due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The album, scheduled for March 12, is a follow-up to Gomez’s ‘Rare’, which released in 2020.
