1) Phil Foden

The 21-year-old rose through the ranks of the Three Lions squad and took the limelight in the Euro 2020 semi-final game, where England thrashed Denmark with a scoreboard tally of 2-1. However, British coach Gareth Southgate, just a day before the final game, said that the Manchester City player’s appearance may be doubtful due to a foot injury, according to reports from AFP.

2) Marcus Rashford

The 23-year-old forward player for England, who is yet to open his goal tally in the European championship, has been one of the most highly praised players of the team this season. Rashford, who plays for Manchester United in the Premier League, did score a penalty in the pre-games of the tournament against Romania. In a statement before Euro 2020 kicked off, Rashford said his priority is to get England the title and not his individual performance.

3) Manuel Locatelli

Italy’s Manuel Locatelli shot up to fame in the European Championship after his successful stride against Switzerland in London’s Wembley. The 23-year-old managed to find the net two times out of the total count of three from the Italian side, pushing his team towards a highly praised victory.

Locatelli, who plays as the midfielder, is known for his ball dribbling and passing skills. His technically-sound gameplay has been at the centre stage in his consistent performance in the tournament.

4) Federico Chiesa
