TV actor
Parth Samthaan, who plays Anurag Basu in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ has been tested positive for COVID-19.
He had returned to the shoot after three and a half months recently and shared
a photo on social media.

Following
this, the shooting of the Balaji Telefilms’ show has been stopped and all
members of the production team and artists have been asked to undergo tests.

The
production house also released a statement regarding the same. Producer Ekta
Kapoor wrote:

Parth also took
to Instagram to inform fans about his infection and shared that he had mild symptoms
of coronavirus. :

The shoot
was taking place at Killick Nixon. A couple of weeks ago, Parth had shared a
photo from the sets of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. He wrote, “Back to Shoot
after 3 month…Back to normalcy”

Recently, Samthaan opened up about dealing with moments of sadness and depression during the lockdown on social media.
