Marvel Studios’ spin-off series Loki premiered its final episode on Disney+, and fans are already speculating there will be a new season for the same, Marvel Studios has been somewhat coy about how long each series could run. Loki currently falls in an uncertain category.

Tom Hiddleston has spoken his piece on the rumors regarding another season. Loki popularly called the %u2018God of Mischief has died so many times and returned that it%u2019s only right to assume there’s even more to his story. 

In an interview with Total Film about a possible second season, the Loki star said, %u201CAt this point, I have learned that for me to have any expectations is futile and a fool%u2019s errand. Having said goodbye to the character once, twice, three times, I do not know what the future holds. But I%u2019m excited to find out. I think we could never have seen 10 years ahead.%u201D

We can%u2019t confirm anything but based on Tom%u2019s interview before they%u2019re officially announced by Disney and Marvel. But the way Hiddleston’s tapdanced around this question does make us think whatever happens at the end of the first season of Loki will offer some kind of hint about what the God of Mischief will do next.

Writer Michael Waldron has said that the Loki series aimed to have %u201Cwide-reaching ramifications across the MCU,%u201D so Loki may not be going anywhere anytime soon. In fact, with the threat of madness and the truly unpredictable nature of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Marvel Studios’, there%u2019s always a chance we%u2019ll have more than one Loki to worry about.
