Ananya Panday flaunts abs, switches to online yoga class amid COVID-19 surge

As India is witnessing a sudden rise in COVID-19 cases, Bollywood actor Ananya Panday is taking precautionary measure of not stepping out. In the latest move, she has stopped going to the gym and switched to online fitness sessions. 

The 22-year-old actor on Wednesday reshared an Instagram story of her trainer Anshuka, an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, in which Ananya can be seen performing a yoga pose and flaunting her abs.

Ananya, who made her acting debut with ‘Student Of The Year 2’, balanced herself on her left leg while stretching her right leg at a perpendicular angle in the post. “Hi abs @ananyapandey. Back to online class,” Anshuka captioned the picture.

For the online session, Ananya wore a grey halter-neck sports bra that she paired with mini shorts. Her hair were tied in a top bun to keep them off her face.

Ananya loves to do yoga. She often posts pictures of herself performing yoga asanas on Instagram.

In one such post, she performed an upside-down pose during her offline class. “My favourite morning ritual…the world is truly better upside down,” she captioned the post.

Ananya was last seen in the 2020 Hindi-language film ‘Khaali Peeli’. Her upcoming projects include the bilingual film ‘Liger’ and an untitled movie directed by filmmaker Shakun Batra.
