Bigg Boss OTT confirmed contestant: Who is Akshara Singh?

Akshara Singh, a Bhojpuri actress will be joining the new season of the Bigg Boss OTT. She has worked with the A-listers in her films. She started her career as a television actor, she then acted in Bhojpuri films. 

Akshara will enter the Bigg Boss OTT house as a participant. The show will be hosted by Karan Johar for the first six weeks. It will premiere on the Voot app.

The viewers will be given the power to decide the punishments, tasks, exit and stay of contestants in the show. They will also be given 24/7 access to the Bigg Boss OTT house for the first six weeks.

After six weeks, the show will move to television. It will then be hosted by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan on Colors TV.

Akshara has worked in over 50 Bhojpuri films. She is one of the highest-paid actresses in the Bhojpuri film industry.

She also owns her YouTube channel ‘Akshara Singh’ with 2.75 million subscribers. Some of her videos have over 100 million views on the video-sharing platform. On Instagram, she has nearly 3.3 million followers.

Voot released an individual teaser for her appearance on the show as a participant. In the teaser, she said, that she will silence all those who will ruin the reputation of the Bhojpuri film industry. She also added that she is generally famous for romance, but if required she can engage in action too.

Akshara is also a talented singer. She has released several music albums. She had also participated in singing Hindu devotional songs on important festivals like Kanwat and Navratri.
