BTS track ‘Dynamite’ reaches 700 million views on YouTube

BTS’ ‘Dynamite’ recently broke the record for being the ‘fastest music video by a Korean artist’ to reach 700 million views on YouTube.
One of the most-viewed music videos of 2020 in Philippines and Singapore, it was directed by frequent BTS collaborator LUMPENS.
Also the most-viewed video on YouTube in 24 hours, it received 10 million views in the first 20 minutes of its release. The track took three months, 26 days, eight hours, and 42 minutes to reach the 700 million views threshold.
The K-Pop sensation’s first English single, ‘Dynamite’ has earned several awards, including the group’s first-ever Grammy nomination and first Billboard Hot 100 Number 1.
‘Dynamite’ is the group’s sixth music video to reach 700 million views, after ‘Boy with Luv,’ ‘IDOL,’ ‘DNA,’ ‘Mic Drop,’ and ‘Fake Love’.
