Man who married nine women faces divorce from one, plans to marry two more

A bigamist, who also happens to be a Brazilian model, has revealed that he is in the process of divorcing one of his nine spouses. Arthur O Urso made waves in 2020 after claiming that he had married all of his girlfriends. He recently informed a media source that one of his partners is seeking a divorce because she ‘misses monogamy.’

Urso was already married to his first wife, Luana Kazaki when he exchanged vows in 2021 with eight other women. He’d framed the gathering as a “protest against monogamy.” However, because polygamy is prohibited in Brazil, the wedding service, which was purportedly performed in Sao Paolo, was not legally binding.

Things have changed since then, and one of Urso’s wives, Agatha, has opted to end the polygamous relationship, stating that “she wants him all to herself.”

“She wanted to have me all to herself. It didn’t make sense – we have to share.  I was very sad about the separation and even more surprised by her excuse. She said that she was missing a monogamous relationship,” Jam Press cited Urso as saying.

“My other wives thought her attitude was wrong and that she accepted the marriage for adventure and not for real feelings. I know I’ve lost a wife, but I’m not going to replace her at the moment,” he said.

But the divorce hasn’t stopped Urso from planning his future; he now intends to marry additional women.

“I have a dream – my wish has always been to have 10 wives. I only have one daughter, but I want to have [a child] with each one of my wives. The love I feel for each of them is the same. I think it would be unfair to only have children with one or two of them,” Urso said.
