Mouni Roy, Suraj Nambiar are married. See pics

Actor Mouni Roy tied the knot with businessman Suraj Nambiar in the presence of family and close friends in Goa on Thursday.

Arjun Bijlani, Mandira Bedi and Ashka Goradia were some of the stars who attended the wedding.

On Wednesday, Bijlani, who is Mouni’s Naagin co-star, took to Instagram to share some photos from the Haldi ceremony.

Mouni also shared the first picture of her posing with Suraj Nambiar, calling him ‘her everything.’ 

Suraj is a Dubai-based businessman and banker, who hails from Bangalore. He has studied investment science and International management at Stanford University.

The rumours of the couple dating started doing the rounds in 2019 when a friend of Mouni had shared a picture of the two from the ‘Gold’ actor’s birthday party. The picture was deleted. 

When asked, Mouni refuted the rumors and said they were just friend and everyone was partying together.

“Not true. We are all a bunch of friends and we went together to celebrate my birthday. I am very much single and concentrating only on my work. I am sick of rumours and speculations,” she had said at the time. 

In August 2020, a video of the couple playing basketball in Dubai surfaced on the internet and soon after, rumours started doing the rounds that Mouni’s mother met Suraj’s parents at Mandira Bedi’s house. 

Reacting to the rumours, Mouni had said, “I keep my personal life completely private so many every time you ask me about my personal life my answer is gonna be this. When it happens, the whole world will know I will only say that.”
