MTV Video Music Awards 2022: Lil Nas X, Kendrick Lamar, Jack Harlow lead nominations
- Jack Harlow, Kendrick Lamar, and Lil Nas X received seven nominations each
- Doja Cat and Harry Styles follow closely with six nominations
- Billie Eilish, Drake, Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, and The Weeknd raked five nominations each
Only one month remains until the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, and the nominations for this year’s ceremony, which were released on Tuesday, July 26, are led by Jack Harlow, Kendrick Lamar, and Lil Nas X, with each receiving seven nominations.

They are closely followed by Doja Cat and Harry Styles (6 nominations apiece). Billie Eilish, Drake, Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, and The Weeknd raked the third most nominations, with five each.
